About Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers

Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers Limited (“DCS”) is a private client agency stockbroker that also specialises in the provision of corporate broking services to AIM and PLUS traded companies.

We are authorised and regulated by the FSA to conduct investment business in the UK and are a member of the London Stock Exchange and the PLUS Market.

DCS was established in 1990 and operates from well established offices at Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex and since March 2008 from our new City office, which is currently focused on Corporate Broking.

Our team of 7 Directors, 6 Associate Investment Advisers and 8 support staff provide a traditional stockbroking service to approximately 1500 Private Clients and 50 Corporate Clients.

DCS was acquired by Dowgate Capital Plc (“Dowgate”) an AIM quoted company on 24th October 2006. Dowgate has one other subsidiary Dowgate Capital Advisers (“DCA”), which specialises in providing corporate finance advisory services to smaller quoted companies.

DCS and DCA work closely together on corporate broking issues and can provide a one-stop shop for companies seeking a quote on AIM or PLUS.

DCS aims to be a successful stockbroker that is highly regarded by our customers, shareholders and regulators. This year we will continue to focus on building our City presence while continuing to provide existing services from our Crawley offices.
